Asia Civil were engaged to complete a preliminary feasibility study and Residual Land Analysis for an investor looking to acquire land to undertake a residential property development in Singapore.
The 23,000-square foot development scheme included two residential towers (196no. apartments), basement parking, common facilities and recreational amenities.
