Feasibility Study for Port & Industrial Park
Asia Civil Indonesia was engaged to conduct a three-month feasibility study for the development of a port and mixed-use industrial estate in Makassar, Indonesia.
The development site was assessed across multiple asset classes, with the study incorporating the associated development of marine and civil infrastructure, bulk liquid storage, LNG receiving facilities, mineral processing, power generation and transmission, logistics facilities (including cold storage), an agri-bio hub, industrial buildings and common utilities and services.
