Land Acquisition for Maritime Industrial Park

Asia Civil were engaged by a private investment group to support their interest in acquiring 285-hectares of strategically located vacant land for the development of a major Integrated Power-Petrochemical-Freeport Complex. Asia Civil undertook detailed due diligence covering technical and commercial aspects of the development and supported negotiations for the land acquisition.

The proposed greenfield project included the development and operation of the following facilities and infrastructure:

• 2.0 to 3.0 million m3 Oil Storage & Blending Facility

• Multipurpose LNG terminal, including receiving and storage facilities, break bulk, regas, bunkering facilities and services

• 250 to 500 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Substation & Transmission infrastructure

• 0.7 to 1.0 MTPA Ammonia Manufacturing Facility

• 1.0 to 1.5 MTPA Multi-Compound FertiliserManufacturing Facility

• International Freeport – dry, liquid & bulk cargo

• Cold Storage facilities

• Common Utilities

• Accommodation Village & Welfare facilities

• Provision for increasing LNG storage tanks

• Provision for facilities to manufacture other petrochemical products (Optional)

• Provision for bulk storage facilities for dry and liquid products (Optional)

• Provision for other related industries (Optional)
