This three year contract involves Asia Civil delivering construction management services for a multinational manufacturer’s Middle East operations.
Asia Civil has developed a “design and build” capability inside the client’s organization for undertaking a series marine infrastructure projects on a turnkey basis. The projects are generally being delivered within defense or high security facilities, therefore the restricted environment requires Asia Civil to undertake highly detailed engineering, construction sequencing, procurement and logistics planning.
Additionally, given the project’s involve both civil and marine infrastructure scope, robust health and safety procedures covering onshore and offshore operations are required.
Working from a central office in Abu Dhabi, Asia Civil project staff are based in multiple site locations in the Middle East and also in the United States to work with client’s management and manufacturing design teams.
